• November ​2021 - Judge Rawson recently released a clarification on his August ruling: Property owners may be vested, if their applications were made before the building moratorium (Ord 2021-3) was put in place February 10, 2021, for lots created after the 2002 Campbell and Gwinn ruling.  Exempt water wells on subdivided property was confirmed in this clarification.
